Best Healthy Banana Recipe Ever! Gluten-Free, No Added Sugar

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

¼ cup grass fed butter
-
1 egg
-
1 ½ almond flour
-
½ cup ground flax meal (ground flax seed)

1 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C). Prep
Prep Bread/Loaf Pan. Mix Wet Ingredients: Mash bananas, add butter (can be soft or melted), egg, and vanilla extract.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine almond flour, ground flax seeds, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool, slice, and savor the goodness guilt-free!
Recipe Note
One of my favorite go to recipes. Perfect to keep it simple, but also a good base recipe to add to as well- chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Have also tried with swaping alternative seeds such as ground chia instead of flax and it was also great. Hope you enjoy this one!!
