Keto Herb Focaccia

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour
-
3 Tbsp psyllium husk

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
2 eggs
-
¼ cup olive oil (plus extra for drizzle on top)

1 cup warm water
-
fresh herbs to taste (I used fresh rosemary & fresh oregano)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Prep fresh herbs and whisk 2 eggs (set aside).
Combine dry ingredients and mix together.
Now add in wet ingredients; egg, olive oil, & water.
Mix together until combined then add in the fresh herbs (leave a little herbs aside for the top).
Place in oven and bake at 350 deg for approximately 20 min.
Once done baking, take out and let cool before removing from the pan.
Slice and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Low carb, but full of flavor. This keto herb focaccia hits the spot. It has a nice soft texture and is filled with flavor. The combo of fresh rosemary and oregano was perfection!
