Gluten-Free, Low Sugar, Amazing Chocolate Cake
Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

½ cup coconut flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

3 eggs

½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup sugar free maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

¼ cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare bundt pan with coconut oil and a dusting of cocoa powder.
In bowl mix together dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a seperate bowl mix together wet ingredients: start with 3 eggs and whisk, then and coconut oil, sugar free maple syrup (or sweetener of choice), unsweetened applesauce, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix together well.
Combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Pour into bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 deg F for approximately 22 minutes.
While cake is in the oven, prepare drizzle for topping. Combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Once cake is done, let cool completely before loosening edges and removing from pan.
Lastly, drizzle melted chocolate, and top with extra dark chocolate chips.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
